Estimates & economics
Ranges and calculator outputs are estimates, not offers, valuation opinions, completed transactions, or guarantees of buyer demand. The model is not calibrated market pricing. Value depends on rights, quality, utility, scope, and buyer fit. Company size alone does not establish eligibility. The 30-day timeline is an example, not a payout promise.
No upfront fees. DataQuire advises sellers and is paid from license proceeds. Rates and license terms are agreed in writing. See the FAQ and terms.
Rights & handling
You retain your business and data. Licenses define use, scope, retention, duration, and payment. Non-exclusive by default. Exclusivity is never perpetual; 24 months is negotiable. Off-limits lists are binding. Buyers see only approved, de-identified samples under NDA.
Source contracts, client and third-party rights, privilege, personal data, trade secrets, export controls, and participant releases can prevent licensing. Holding a record does not establish licensing rights. De-identification cannot eliminate re-identification or confidentiality risk.
Specialist processing, approved read-only access, encryption, and the intended one-week raw-file hold and deletion require written agreement and technical readiness. See security and custody.
Privacy & referrals
Contact details and draft answers reach DataQuire at the contact step; the full estimate is sent on request. No file uploads. Drafts are saved on your device and can be cleared. Analytics and advertising require consent. See the privacy notice.
Referrals earn 15 percent of year-one revenue, uncapped; renewals pay again. First-link attribution lasts 12 calendar months on the device. Payment is quarterly within 30 days of the lab paying DataQuire, subject to the written agreement and quality rules. Local attribution does not prove a named-account claim.
Legal policies require attorney review. Specialist, authentication, dashboard, and private-channel services remain planned capabilities.
